Special Note
1.Wear anti-static gloves and anti-static bracelet during installation and maintenance;
2.Smooth air flow on the back of the display screen must be considered when designing the heat dissipation scheme;
3.The storage environment of the display should be ventilated and dry, and the humidity should not exceed 85%;
4.Under normal circumstances, the display must be powered on and turned on at least twice a week, and each lighting time shall not less than 2 hours;
5.If the display is installed in the seaside, saline-alkali area, sulfur-containing gas area, places near kitchen smoke exhaust or with large indoor and outdoor temperature difference, it may cause equipment failure and affect the service life. If inevitable, please consult our technical personnel.
6. The indoor screen should be turned on at least once a day in rainy season or humid environment, and the time for a single turn should not be less than 4 hours, or turn on the air conditioner to conduct dehumidification. Indoor LED screen is not recommended to be turned off for a long time. In high humidity environment, if the display screen is not used for more than 3 days, it should be preheated each time before turned on, and the brightness should be adjusted by 30%-50%. After running for 4-8 hours, gradually adjust the brightness to the normal value of 80% - 100%. If it is not used for more than 7 days, it is recommended to preheat it for more than 12 hours. The standard product has turn-on maintenance function, and the non-standard system can use our PC dehumidification software to remove screen moisture regularly to ensure normal use.
7. Outdoor screen such as in the rainy season, can temporarily power off, such as the rain stop screen body check whether water, if there is no water normal power use, if water, need to clean water, find the water leakage point waterproof treatment, air drying for a few days to determine no water, and then power use.
